I began my coaching practice in 2000 and conducted my training with the internationally renowned Coaches Training Institute where I earned my Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) distinction and completed the year-long Co-Active Leadership Development training. I also have advanced certification in personal and organizational Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSCC).
A California transplant, I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Philosophy. I can't tell you how many times I was asked, "What are you going to do with a degree in Philosophy?" And, it turns out, coaching and philosophy are a perfect marriage. Who knew?
In my varied roles as senior faculty at the premier relationship systems coach training at CRRGlobal, I have the privilege of mentoring and supervising budding systems coaching students all over the world.
Prior to my coaching career, I had leadership roles in start-up, change management and business development in both the private and not-for-profit sectors and was featured in Kiplinger's, The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, National Public Radio and Women's Business for my work with GivingNewEngland.
In addition to my advanced training in professional coaching, I trained at The Four Winds school with Dr. Alberto Villoldo, internationally known author and medical anthropologist, to study the healing practices and ancient wisdom of the indigenous peoples of the Andes and Amazon regions of Peru. I've also studied narrative medicine with Dr. Lewis Mehl Madrona, who melds neuroscience with Lakota and Cherokee wisdom for bringing balance and meaning to our modern life.
I am also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator-Candidate. The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was developed to help men, women, and adolescents learn how to show up, be seen, and live braver lives. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing a courage practice that transforms the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

My rich and varied life has given me a wide range of experiences in the areas of human potential, spiritual traditions, business practices and relationship dynamics. Part of what makes me successful as a coach is my ability to meet the client where they are, and to bring a large, colorful toolbox with which to explore. My goal is to create space that makes room for all the cast of characters that you are.
I bring insight, clarity, lightness and humor to my work with clients. My goal is to create a safe and courageous environment for you to reach your full potential and expression in the world – no matter how large or small that world is. By helping clients move beyond old habits and histories, clients experience breakthroughs in their career, relationships and life.
I believe that drawing on our deep knowing allows us to access our internal guidance system which is critical in making important life decisions. It allows us to know the direction of our True North, and sense when we’re not on track.
It takes tremendous courage to live your truth, and it’s very unfulfilling not to. For me, it’s a joy to guide people in discovering who they are, what matters most, and what’s wanting expression in their lives. I feel honored to partner with folks along their sacred journey.
